FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. This is often the same day, or the day after we receive them. Occasionally it may take up to 4 days to dispatch, but we endeavour to notify you if there is any undue delay. Orders are dispatched using first class post and usually arrive 1 - 2 days after dispatch.
Payment
All orders must be paid for before dispatch using either Pay Pal or a signed cheque or bank transfer. If in doubt please contact us for confirmation of payment methods.
Overseas Orders
Please select what you want in the normal way and complete the on line order form and payment, We will calculate the extra cost of the postage and email you with a Pay Pal money request for the additional amount. Alternatively, email your requirements directly to us and we will raise the Pay Pal Money Request for the whole amount, after contacting you first to confirm that you are happy with the cost.
Please be aware that you may be liable to import taxes when the order arrives in your country.
Product Queries
Please feel free to email any queries you may have regarding the products offered and we will endeavour to help you. If you have specific Friendly Plastic Queries then Liz is always willing to help. We are always pleased to receive suggestions on how we can improve our web site and services, ideas for products, or useful and relevant links to include. We also want to hear about any problems you encounter when dealing with us, so please email us.
Classes and Courses
Liz runs classes around the country, and is happy to be invited to run a class in your area. Class size is no more than 12 people, but Liz is happy to teach smaller groups as well. Day schools, weekend workshops / retreats talks, and demonstrations are all on offer, please contact us if you would like to know more. Liz usually charges a set fee for a class which does not depend on the number attending - you simply get more one to one tuition time if there are less people in the class.
